  • All Sales Final

    Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

  • No Returns

    We do not offer returns on any products, including but not limited to, clothing, accessories, or any other merchandise. Clothing will not be accepted as a return due to the nature of Doxie Daisies's majority of clients being disabled/ having compromised immune systems. Please be aware that all clothing item purchases are final & not under any circumstance available for a refund or replacement.


  • Product Misuse

    All crown, collar, & collar slide purchases come with the agreement that the item will NOT be misused by the buyer. Doxie Daisies is not responsible for the active misuse of ANY product being purchased. Doxie Daisies is not responsible for the results following after the misuse of a product, including choking or strangulation. Please always monitor your pets when putting any fashion items on them. These are cosmetic crowns made for photography or under supervision of owners. When purchasing, buyer acknowledges that they are buying designer, homemade fashion products that needs to be used responsibly & with supervision.

  • Discounted Products

    Flawed flower crowns, collar slides, or leather collars on discount being purchased by a buyer come with the agreement that the item is flawed. The buyer is informed the item is flawed & a transaction takes place. The item will never under any circumstance be replaced. Doxie Daisies is not responsible for any misuse of the product or breakage as buyer agreed to these terms.


  • Buyer Agreement

    By shopping with Doxie Daisies, buyer agrees to abide by these terms & conditions. Doxie Daisies reserves the right to update or modify this policy at our discretion at any given date or time.

  • Freebies

    Free products/items given in packages are NOT allowed to be sold. When the buyer is purchasing from Doxie Daisies the buyer agrees that freebies in the package need to be homed appropriately & for free (only cost of shipping). Selling a free flawed product is NOT allowed. You will be blocked & permanently banned from purchasing from me ever again.

  • Seller's Package Responsibility

    Seller is not responsible for what happens after the package has shipped. However, the seller may help assist the client in filing a claim. The package will always have insurance. Expensive orders require a signature for minors & adults. This allows seller to see whether or not it was signed for. If the over 21+ option is chosen you will be required to show an ID. If you cannot sign, it'll be readily available at the nearest post office for you to pick up. Please see tracking number to know which location it has arrived at. Your tracking tells you all this information. Please message seller to chat about this ordeal if your package is lost so that it can be sorted accordingly. If something is lost in the mail, it is encouraged to file a claim ASAP in order to receive it sooner. Usually, it can be located when brought to mailers attention (UPS, USPS). Yet, in some cases, it truly does get lost in the mailing system.

  • Professionalism

    A difference in views regarding religion & politics is not a valid excuse to request a refund. The only way a client may see my views is if they are actively following & watching my other account which is personal. Here our relationship is strictly business. As it states in the policy in previous sections, there are no refunds under any circumstance allowed whatsoever.

  • Sudden Illness of Seller

    If seller (Doxie Daisies) suddenly comes down with an illness: flu, covid, or other said diagnosis, it is not excusable for the buyer to ask for a refund. Under the policy, no refunds under any circumstances are allowed & sudden illness of the seller is not an excuse to obtain said refund. The buyer will have to wait until the seller combats the sudden illness & is well enough to complete orders.


  • Product Safety

    It is always advised that client's use backup collars with their existing collar from us. While they are made incredibly durable, no collar manufactured or produced by a brand can guarantee it will never have a malfunction. In real life, nothing is a 100% guarantee especially when it comes to products. If a product is marketed as such, you are being scammed. I cannot guarantee my collars always hold up in all situations. Although I can always promise a quality collar that looks & feels good, I cannot provide a guarantee your collar will hold up for the rest of its life. It may even be required to be replaced. Designer collars made by small businesses cannot be 100% guaranteed to hold up for dogs who pull a lot, get lose/run off from owners, and I especially cannot determine the number of lbs it would take to tear/rip or cause a collar to fall apart when pulled. IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THEY HAVE A BACKUP COLLAR WHEN USING MY PRODUCTS.
